Wow, it's been a while since I updated. Well, the spring semester has come and gone.. and I am once again on the President's list! This semester was a lot of hard work, but it's all paid off.

Well, the design internship didn't work out. I had an appointment with a graphic designer to hopefully intern under him. The appointment went well, and he told me to follow-up in about a week. Well, a week went by and I gave him a call and after a few tried he finally answered and told me he was in an important meeting, and to call back the next morning. Well, the next morning and all day I tried to call him from the same phone I had been talking to him on the whole time, which was my cell phone. Without any success that day, I resumed calling him the next morning. When it reached about 10:00 AM, I got sick of it, and decided (out of curiosity) to try a different phone to see if was avoiding my cell phone. When I called from my house phone.. the dillweed picked up! He said he was sorry but he didn't have any work for me. Why couldn't have he just told me that when I called back the first time rather that try to avoid it? Ugh!! That made me so MAD! It's all well and good, I don't wanna work for someone that UNPROFESSIONAL.

About a week later, I got a call from the kennel where my boyfriend works. they wanted to hire me as their graphic designer.. as well as work there. So there, I got a JOB as a graphic designer, which in my opinion is waaay better than an internship. An internship is for gaining experience, and what better way to gain it but by actually having the job?

In other news, I got a bike!



She's a real beauty.. and silent on the road too, I have to chime the bell to keep from running over people because it's so quiet. Been riding a lot, prior to buying the bike I hadn't riden a bike in about 7 years. D:

And also, I've recently become ADDICTED to tea. White tea, green tea, plum tea, English tea, strawberry tea, raspberry tea, peppermint tea.. if you name it, I've probably drank it within the past two weeks.

So yea, everything's good. Hopefully, I'll have some deviation updates soon.
